Does the system work with automatic conveyors?

Yes, the STER-PROJEKT depalletizer is ready for operation in full automation (Industry 4.0). We can integrate it with your existing conveyor system or provide a complete solution with height adjustment ranging from 700 to 2350 mm.

How long does it take to implement the production machine?

We respect your time. From the moment of ordering to having a working machine in your facility, it usually takes only 3 months. The on-site assembly takes between 2 to 5 days, which minimizes downtime on the line to an absolute minimum.

What is the situation regarding cleanliness? We produce food (Pet Food/Beverage).

The construction has been designed according to High-Clean standards. All drive mechanisms and pneumatics are located in the upper part of the machine. This keeps the area around the pallet free from lubricants and easy to clean, which is crucial in industries with high sanitary regulations.

Will the machine handle the high pallets?

Yes. We typically handle pallets up to a height of 2550 mm, and in the extended version even up to 2800 mm. This allows for maximum utilization of transport and storage space, which directly reduces the logistics costs of your facility.

What types of cans does the machine handle? Do I need to buy a new head when changing formats?

Our depalletizer is fully universal for steel packaging. Thanks to the magnetic gripper from the Smart-Detect series, the machine automatically adjusts to different diameters and heights of cans (e.g., 200ml, 400ml, 800ml) without the need for mechanical retooling or head replacements.
